We have scheduled the Boulder City Hall for a quick meeting next week on Tuesday July 21 to update everyone on the latest information about the closure of MDC and to discuss the MDC Transition Advisory council meeting next Thursday in Boulder, at a site to be announced. The meeting will be held between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. Please plan to attend.

Ninth Annual Brother Van’s Cowboy Poetry and Old Time Music Festival Tall tales will be told and cowboy music played on Father’s Day, Sunday June 21st, when the ninth annual Brother Van’s Cowboy Poetry and Old time Music Festival will take place at the historic Boulder United Methodist Church, 211 Centennial Drive, in Boulder, Montana. The event will start at 3:00 pm and features poets and musicians from Jefferson County Montana, followed by free “Tube Steak” aka (hotdog) meal. There is no admission charge but donations will be accepted for restoration of the historic old church, which will be commemorating its 126th anniversary at this event.
